CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

The short answer is NO.

It’s not because we don’t want to see your beautiful faces in person, we just don’t have Public Liabilty Insurance to cover you on our premises in the unlikely event that an accident may occur. We do however have an Insurance policy that covers you at our Market stalls so if you are based in Sydney and would like to collect your orders in person get in touch with us and we will let you know where & when we will be trading at Markets. We aim to trade once Per month (Weather Permitting) as we get quite busy running our Website, Fundraising Programs and Live Sale orders to attend more often.

WHEN DO YOU HOLD LIVESTREAM SALES ON FACEBOOK?

We aim to hold our Facebook Livestream sales every 2nd Friday at 7.30pm AEST (Sydney) to showcase all our new arrival stock, please like and follow our Facebook page and check for important announcements, live sale dates & times, FLASH SALES and important updates.

 MY PURCHASE IS DAMGED OR BROKEN, WHAT DO I DO?

Please don’t wait to tell us about it an item that arrived damaged or broken, just send us a photo of the item within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, either via email to cutpricecrystals@outlook.com.au or via Facebook messenger and we will respond immediately by offering you a replacement product, store credit, a partial refund or full refund depending on circumstances.

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED ON AUSTRALIA POST TRACKING WEBSITE AND MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED, WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact us without delay and we can submit an enquiry with Australia Post from our end, you should also submit an enquiry with Australia Post for yourself, please contact us if you need more information on how to do this.

BY PURCHASING FROM OUR WEBSTE  & LIVE SALES YOU AGREE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING ADVICE

  • (A) PRODUCT SIZE We strongly encourage you to read the product descriptions on our website carefully in regards to product size. We use electric digital calipers & commercial grade scales to measure and weight each of our products. 
  • (B) PRODUCT IMAGES We want you to be aware that images of our products may appear brighter or duller in colour on your screen than in real life. This is due to various factors such as light source, your screen resolution & our camera. 

We will NOT automatically offer you a refund if your complaint is in regards to product size and the size is listed in the product description.

The same can be said about colour complaints, we do not automatically refund so by purchasing from our website you agree that you understand the above statement's (A) and (B)
