CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

The short answer is NO.

It’s not because we don’t want to see your beautiful faces in person, we just don’t have the Public Liabilty Insurance to cover you on our premises in the unlikely event that an accident may occur and so for this reason we are STRICTLY an online store only.

WHEN DO YOU HOLD LIVESTREAM SALES ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

We announce our livestream sales via social media posts on our TikTok and instagram accounts, and we host our LIVESTREAMS & SALES primarily on TIKTOK. We aim to be LIVE at least 2 times per week on Wednesday’s & Sunday’s. These live sales are an opportunity for us to showcase all our new arrival & current available stock. So be sure to like and follow us on TIKTOK & INSTAGRAM to check for, live sale dates/times, FLASH SALES, important announcements & updates.

 MY PURCHASE IS DAMGED OR BROKEN, WHAT DO I DO?

Please don’t wait to tell us about it an item that arrived damaged or broken, just send us a photo of the item within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, either via email to cutpricecrystals@outlook.com.au or via Facebook messenger and we will respond immediately by offering you a replacement product, store credit, a partial refund or full refund depending on circumstances.

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED ON AUSTRALIA POST TRACKING WEBSITE AND MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED, WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact us without delay and we can submit an enquiry with Australia Post from our end, you should also submit an enquiry with Australia Post for yourself, please contact us if you need more information on how to do this.

  • (B) PRODUCT IMAGES We want you to be aware that images of our products may appear brighter or duller in colour on your screen than in real life. This is due to various factors such as light source, your screen resolution & our camera. 
  • (C) LUCKY DIPS are completely random, and no item is guaranteed. Please note: NO REFUNDS will be given after we open your lucky dips on our LIVESTREAM, If you wish to cancel your order BEFORE it is opened on our Livestream please contact customer service within 24 hours of your purchase.

We will NOT automatically offer you a refund if your complaint is in regards to product size and the size is listed in the product description.

The same can be said about colour complaints, we do not automatically refund so by purchasing from our website you agree that you understand the above statement's (A) and (B)
