Please don’t comment sold during our live sales if you have no intention of following through with your purchase, this will get you banned from our future livestream sales and Facebook page. You will still be able to purchase from our website but will loose your opportunity to participate in our live sales. That’s a promise we guarantee to keep.

On a side note:
- We have been known to go overkill on the protective wrapping of your crystals so you may need a box cutter knife to retrieve them from the packaging. This is intentional as we wouldn’t want your pretties to arrive broken or damaged.
- On very rare occasions damage does happen, some minerals are just not as hardy as others and sometimes the postal delivery guys manage to man handle your packages a little too much, SO .........
Please don’t wait weeks to tell us about it an item that “arrived” damaged or broken, just send us a photo of the item within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and we will respond immediately by offering you a replacement, store credit, partial or full refund.

- (A) PRODUCT SIZE We strongly encourage you to read the product descriptions on our website carefully in regards to product size. We use electric digital calipers & commercial grade scales to measure and weight each of our products.
- (B) PRODUCT IMAGES We want you to be aware that images of our products may appear brighter or duller in colour on your screen than in real life. This is due to various factors such as light source, your screen resolution & our camera.
We will NOT automatically offer you a refund if your complaint is in regards to product size and the size is listed in the product description.
The same can be said about colour complaints, we do not automatically refund so by purchasing from our website you agree that you understand the above statement's (A) and (B)
